Appointments

What sort of appointment do you need?

Before contacting the surgery, it may be useful to view our what sort of appointment do I need? poster (PDF). This poster helps decide the most suitable appointment for you.

We offer both telephone consultations and face to face appointments with the Doctors & Nurses.

Urgent appointments

To request an urgent appointment for today phone us on 01242 672669.

Our phones open as we open at 8am and appointments are likely to be allocated quickly across all of our available clinicians, which could include services outside of the practice. Once capacity is reached we will then only have the Duty / Triage Doctor for URGENT on the day matters. This will be a phone call initially, Patient Advisors are requested by the doctors to care navigate and are trained in this, and there is complete confidentiality. Patients going on to the triage list do have to qualify for urgent care that day.

We will use your answers to choose the most suitable doctor.
