We have significant absence in our Patient Advisor Team. If you can please only call if it is urgent and use Anima, the Website and NHS App where possible. We appreciate this is frustrating but please be kind to the staff who are on duty. There is likely to be delays in answering our phone line.
If you are eligible and still would like a flu shot, we have some available. Please just come to reception.

Get a repeat prescription, find a pharmacy or ask a prescription question
Request an appointment. Submit general requests, including test results and referrals. (Please note for those patients who do not have access to a computer, smart phone or tablet. You can still call us. A patient advisor will then complete a form on your behalf, however it will take longer as more details are required.)
