Due to an unforeseen and substantial number of staff absences within our Patient Advisor team, we will be operating with significantly reduced staffing levels on Friday.
As a result, telephone capacity will be extremely limited and patients should expect longer than usual waiting times to get through to the Practice. This situation is outside of our control, and while we have implemented contingency measures wherever possible, service disruption is unavoidable.
To help us manage demand safely and ensure those with the greatest need can access care, we ask patients to use the following services whenever appropriate:
