Patient update

This morning, staff at Cleevelands Medical Practice were informed that there will be a power outage in the surgery’s post code area tomorrow, Thursday 7 May 2026, between 8am and 2pm.

Unfortunately, without power, it will not be possible to provide medical services at the site during these hours. Subject to power being restored, normal services will resume at 2pm. Phone lines will remain open throughout the day for booking same-day appointments.

If you have an appointment booked at the surgery on 7 May, you will be contacted by a member of the surgery team as appropriate.

We apologise for this inconvenience and for the short notice; this situation is beyond our control. Thank you for your patience.
