Patient advisors
Patient advisors provide an important link for patients and are usually your initial point of contact, either via reception or the phone. They will help guide you to the right clinician or service. They also perform other important tasks, such as issuing repeat prescriptions, handling prescription queries, passing on information about test results, patient records and scanning and document maintenance.
Medical secretaries
Manage the referrals made by the Doctors and also handling any communications back from the hospitals in terms of further information.
Medical summarisers
Perform a key role in updating patients records with a medical history and coding that provides information for the doctors and nurses to access.
