Patient update – 27/05/2025

Our apologies but the shortage in our Patient Advisor Team remains critical. The wait time to call us is going to be significant. We will try to keep one staff member on the phones and one on the desk. If you can use Anima please do. Prescription requests can be made through the NHS APP, SystmOnline, our website, the drop boxes at the surgery or your pharmacist. You can also see tests results via the NHS App.

Please only contact the surgery if it is an emergency or urgent for today.

Named GP

We assign all new and existing patients with a named accountable GP to oversee their care.

For patients aged 75 and over, the named accountable GP is responsible for:

  • working with health and social care professionals to deliver a care package that meets the needs of the patient
  • ensuring that these patients have access to a health check

Patients can still choose to see any GP in the surgery. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate their preference.
