Important patient update

58 patients this Week (22nd to 26th September) have not turned up or cancelled their appointments. This is not acceptable or sustainable. Demand is higher than capacity for all types of appointments at the surgery.

We totally understand circumstances change, patients can cancel up to two hours beforehand. We can then offer your appointment to another patient.

Please use our website, Anima, the NHS App, Systmonline or call us.
