We offer both Telephone Consultations & Face to Face Appointments with the Doctors & Nurses. Forward appointments usually have a lead time for 2 / 3 weeks for non-urgent needs.

For more information on appointments, please see our What sort of appointment do I need? poster.

Please note that if it is a telephone consultation these will be either AM or PM, we are unable to give you a specific time, but generally the patient advisor can usually give you a 2 hour window of time.

Face to Face appointments are for the time specified.

We have a limited number of appointments that become available for patients at 08:00 each morning and these are allocated on a first come first served basis.

We also have a Duty Doctor on Call Monday to Friday during Surgery Hours, and these are for Urgent/ Emergency cases only. The Doctor will triage these calls based on clinical need, and if necessary arrange for further treatments / appointments.

If you are in any doubt, please explain your condition to the patient advisor so they can direct you to the best clinical option available.

Weekday, Evening and Weekend Appointments

Weekday, evening and weekend appointments are available at this surgery and at other surgeries. These are our Improved Access Appointments.
