As travel is starting to open up again we are getting a lot of requests for information regarding travel vaccinations:
Most pharmacists can offer advice and guidance
You can also check out the Fit for Travel Website
We can also print out a copy of your vaccination history for you at the reception desk.
Antimalarial medication can be accessed through a pharmacy
We have a very limited number of specialist travel appointment per week (Held on a Wednesday afternoon), and we will be able to offer vaccinations of Diphtheria / Tetanus / Polio and Hep A. All other vaccinations have to be given by a travel clinic.
The reason we are unable to offer more slots, is because we have a high number of patients with serious chronic conditions who need to take priority.
